Phase 01: Discover
Phase 01: Discover
It starts with a conversation. We learn about your business, your goals, roughly what you want to spend, and when you need it. No obligation, just working out whether we’re the right fit for each other.
We dig into the detail: who your customers are, what the site needs to do, the content and functionality involved, and how we’ll measure success. You get a clear, written scope with timelines and deliverables spelled out, so everyone is aligned on price and expectations before any design begins. No surprises later.
Phase 02: Design
We design interactive prototypes in Figma, with real layouts, real structure, and clickable flows, so you can see and feel the site long before it’s built. It’s the fastest, cheapest place to get the big decisions right.
We walk you through the prototype together. You explore it in your own time, click through the flows, and tell us plainly what works and what doesn’t. This is where your input matters most.
We refine the design based on your feedback, iterating until the prototype is exactly right and you’re happy to sign it off. Changes at this stage are quick and inexpensive, which is exactly the point of prototyping first.
Phase 03: Build
With the design approved, we build your site on WordPress. From day one it lives on a private staging link, so you can watch it come together page by page rather than waiting for a big reveal at the end.
You’re involved throughout
Your site stays available to you for the whole build. You can view the latest version any time and leave comments and feedback directly on the pages, so nothing is a surprise at the end. It’s a collaborative web design process: we adjust as we go, answer questions quickly, and keep the project moving firmly on track.
Phase 04: Review & launch
When the build is complete we run a full demo together, walking through every page and feature against the scope we agreed at the start, so we both know it’s doing everything it should.
We handle the final round of changes, then test everything thoroughly, across devices and browsers, plus speed, forms, links, and SEO basics, until it’s genuinely launch-ready.
We take the site live and set up the essentials, hosting, email, analytics, and backups, then keep an eye on everything to make sure the switch-over goes smoothly.
Phase 05: Ongoing
Launch isn’t the end. We’re still here for hosting, updates, and the ongoing work that keeps you growing, SEO, social, and advertising, whenever you need it.
